When you order items online you will add your check-in details so we can schedule delivery.
We deliver and pick up to rental homes, residences, hotels, and the Tucson International airport (Fees may apply).
Have a special request? Give us a call, we can probably accommodate it as long as it's in our delivery area.
- Deliveries are made Between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday- Saturday, Sunday pick-ups are included but deliveries will be on an as needed basis.
- Please Call to make any special arrangements, fees may be applicable.
- There will be a $25 delivery fee for orders under $100.
- If you are staying in a gated condo complex or a building with a locked entrance somebody needs to be at the residence to meet us at time of delivery & pick-up.
- All of our items are sanitized, cleaned and bagged between every rental.
How far in advance should I book my rental?
We recommend booking your reservation as soon as your travel plans are set! This will ensure we have the items you’d like available for you. Items can have low availability weeks in advance during the peak travel periods and holidays.
What if I have an urgent rental request?
Last minute orders can be booked online but please call us prior to check availability at 520-262-6508. We understand emergencies arise and we will do all we can to accommodate last minute requests. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ORDERS PLACED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
Can I add to my order after its booked?
Yes, you may add items to your order any time, up until 24 hours prior to your delivery assuming the item is available. Call or email us to make changes to your order at 520-262-6508 or [email protected]
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all of Oro Valley, Marana, Dove Mountain, Catalina Foothills, Casa Adobes and most of the Tucson greater metro area.
Special Accommodations can be made to deliver car seats to the Tucson International Airport, depending on request fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy
Desert Baby Rentals has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations made prior to 48 hours will be 100% refundable. We understand things happen. Cancellations placed within 48 hours will be charged a for one day's rental fees. This includes items turned away at time of delivery. Once we deliver items we do not refund for early return of rental items or items not used.
Holiday Cancellation/Change Policy:
Cancellations/changes made less than 5 days in advance for a rental occurring over a holiday period are subject to a 50% cancellation fee per item excluding any additional delivery fees. Holidays include Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and any rentals occurring from December 23-January 2.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
